Steve Harvey recently gifted his daughter Lori a luxurious villa in Atlanta, making sure she lives in style. The villa, reportedly worth $15 million, was once owned by Tyler Perry and is now the epitome of luxury and comfort.
Harvey, a successful comedian, talk show host, and author, along with his wife Marjorie, purchased the 35,000-square-foot Buckhead mansion, which sits on 17 acres of meticulously landscaped grounds. This property includes a 70,000-gallon infinity pool, a tennis court, a fully equipped gym, and a separate spa.
The estate is more than just a home; it’s a fortress. It boasts a guesthouse, a guardhouse, a detached caretaker’s suite, and a high-tech security system. The French Provincial-style mansion also features a theater, an indoor pool, a wine cellar, and even an underground ballroom with a catering kitchen.
Before the Harveys acquired it, the property was one of Atlanta’s most expensive homes. Perry originally listed it for $25 million, but after nearly two years on the market, it sold for $17.5 million.
Steve Harvey also owns another sizable property in Atlanta and a 6,500-square-foot mansion in Little Elm, Texas. Before moving to Atlanta, the Harvey family resided in a $100,000-a-month mansion in Beverly Hills. With this latest purchase, Steve Harvey ensures that Lori will truly “lack nothing” as his daughter. CHECK PHOTOS:
