The image quickly caught attention when people noticed an unexpected detail: one of the women was wearing an ankle monitor on her right leg, likely indicating house arrest.

The photo, shared on Imgur with the caption, “Nothing adds to your summer look like a court-ordered ankle monitor…”, has racked up over 100,000 views and more than 150 comments.

Many were curious about how someone under house arrest was able to leave home. According to The Law Dictionary, those with ankle monitors are usually permitted to travel up to 3,000 feet from their residence, suggesting the woman either lives nearby or may have been caught shortly after the photo was taken.
