Amidst Rumors, Fans Speculate: Did Ferrari Ban Justin Bieber?
Speculation has been rife about whether Ferrari has banned Justin Bieber following recent reports suggesting the luxury car manufacturer might have blacklisted the pop star along with a few other celebrities.
Did Justin Bieber Really Get Banned by Ferrari?
Contrary to the swirling rumors, Ferrari has not officially banned Justin Bieber. In a statement, the iconic car manufacturer clarified that they do not blacklist any customer. However, there are certain restrictions in place.
According to Marca, while Ferrari has not banned any customer, Justin Bieber will no longer have access to exclusive models and special editions from the brand. He will still be able to purchase series production models. Bieber now joins the ranks of other celebrities, such as Kim Kardashian, Tyga, the late Preston Henn, and 50 Cent, who face similar restrictions.
What Led to These Restrictions?
Ferrari’s decision stems from Bieber’s failure to adhere to the manufacturer’s strict code of ethics and ownership terms. The issue arose after Bieber purchased a Ferrari 458 Italia, which originally had a white exterior and white rims. Shortly after, he took the car to customizers and made significant alterations, violating Ferrari’s guidelines that prohibit drastic modifications, such as extravagant paintwork and engine tampering.
Additionally, Bieber attempted to auction off the car without notifying Ferrari, another breach of the manufacturer’s rules. Ferrari stipulates that customers cannot sell their cars within the first year of ownership without seeking permission from the company.
Justin Bieber has yet to publicly comment on the matter.
What’s Next for Justin Bieber?
In his personal life, Justin Bieber is busy preparing to welcome a child with his wife, Hailey Bieber, adding a new chapter to his life beyond the controversies surrounding his car collection.
