Miley Cyrus made sure all eyes were on her as she performed on stage at the Hilarity For Charity variety show in Hollywood on Saturday.

The 22-year-old singer dazzled the audience with her hits, wearing a very skimpy and shiny blue leotard with a thong design at the back. Flashing her pert posterior as she bounded around the stage, Miley completed the look with flesh-colored tights and silver thigh-high boots.

Her outrageous outfit didn’t stop there. The blonde beauty delighted fans when she donned an oversized colorful daisy costume, complete with a light pink skirt.

Miley headlined the event, raising funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s alongside Seth Rogen and James Franco, who was receiving a Bar Mitzvah in the performance. She accessorized with hoop floral earrings that perfectly coordinated with her dress.
